This project consisted of a single storey extension on the side of the house which created a front garage utility room and gym room. The house had a new heating system including boiler and radiators. A front extension was built which created a new porch entrance and larger kitchen which included a breakthrough from the existing front of the house. The front extension was continued up by continuing the existing roof over the kitchen extension which included a roof dormer which created a larger bedroom on the first floor. We also erected a new pitched roof on the existing dormer to change the look of the property as it originally had a flat roof. The kitchen and utility room has been designed and installed by our own kitchen supplier.
