Barnet Wood Road in Bromley entailed a complete refurbishment of a three bedroom property with a double sided extension to provide a further two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on each. The existing bathroom was refitted. The brief was to also build a double garage, kitchen and bathroom refits, conservatory at rear, swimming pool and hot tub, pool house with toilet, shower room and gym, landscaped front and rear gardens, which included in/out driveway with electric gates and a large garden patio area and all re-turfed. Complete with new door frames, skirting, architraves and doors were fitted throughout and complete decoration were carried out.
