This project was to extend at the rear of the house to form a larger kitchen/ dining area and t.v area. We designed the build to get maximum light into these areas so we fitted large patio doors and a large roof lantern which allowed the most natural light into the rear of the property. The project also included severe structural work to the existing property, which consisted of taking out the whole existing back of the house out, leaving only two piers each side to take steel work, and removing the existing kitchen wall which divided the kitchen and dining room. We also erected a new stud wall to divide new kitchen and dining area from the newly formed living room. We supplied and fitted the kitchen and supplied and installed the granite work tops and island.
