Footbury Hill Road in Orpington. This project entailed adding a second story to a bungalow, adding a timber frame to the existing building with a trust roof which all come pre manufactured from our suppliers. The conversion gave a further four bedrooms with family bathroom and en suite to main bedroom. Downstairs interior had a complete refurbishment with the extended dining room, kitchen/utility room and two living rooms converted from the previous bedrooms. The front and rear of the property was landscaped including larger driveway for car space and new patio area to rear of garden with the garden all re-turfed.
