Osborne Builders worked on a renovation project taking a 2 bedroom property in Hayes, Bromley to a 3 bedroom with new family bathroom and en suite to the master bedroom. On the ground floor the rear kitchen has been removed and rear extension added for an additional kitchen/dining area and separate utility room, the kitchen area was complete with the whole rear of the house fitted with bi-fold doors. A double side extension and single front extension increased space throughout allowing for steels in the downstairs ceiling for an open planned aesthetics. Refitted kitchen and bathrooms with complete redecoration, oak doors and skirting throughout. Oak stairwell and spindles.
It was also included a complete re wire and plumbing system and decorations throughout. We also landscaped the front drive way and rear garden with a large decking area.
