Osborne Builders started with taking down the original rear conservatory. Once complete we developed the new brick conservatory with large orangery. Additional to the new brick conservatory, a single storey back extension has been built to create larger living room area. We built a single front extension to create living area onto the garage, fitted a new bespoke kitchen, created a new utility room, downstairs toilet and developed garage into a habitable room. Downstairs is now open plan, which has been created by taking down several interior walls with steel supports going into the ceiling for structural support. We also re fitted two existing bathrooms complete with new sanitary ware and tiling. The house was re wired and fitted with a new plumbing system with a mega flow. Complete decorations were carried out. We landscaped the rear garden which entailed a large patio area and the whole garden returfed.
