Here Osborne builders built a double side extension which created a garage to the front ofthe property and a kitchen and down stairs toilet in the rear of the extension. We created a knock through from the existing kitchen.
On the first floor we created an area for a 3rd bedroom with en-suite. We left the extension as a plastered finish running hot and cold feeds to bathroom and w.c and left all wastes ready for 2nd fix of bathrooms. A new boiler was fitted to the property, with new radiators fitted in the kitchen and bedroom and towel rails fitted in the bathroom and w.c. We also excavated the existing drive way and front garden area and laid a new block paving driveway complete with drainage and new brick walls around perimeter of drive way.
