Heather cottage is a complete refurbishment project. The job involved development of a new side extension for kitchen and dormer to the side of house and on first floor to create larger master bedroom. The extension provided an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe for master bedroom. The fourth bedroom has newly fitted wardrobes with two dummy doors connecting to new en suite bathroom. We created 3 balcony areas to the rear bedrooms with new fitted double doors leading out from the bedroom to the balcony area with Iron railings fitted. The house was re-wired and new plumbing system including a new mega flow system. We fitted new oak flooring in several rooms with oak skirting, frames, architraves and doors throughout. Three new bathrooms were installed and decorations throughout.
Also a large timber framed out house was built complete with kitchen area shower room and office area, and upstairs was created into a granny annex with bedroom kitchen and bathroom.
A new drive way was landscaped including all new timber trellis fencing; also we built a double timber framed garage. In the rear of the garden a large area was excavated where we fitted a new swimming pool and hot tub that was all sunk into the new patio area which included a stone built fire pit.
