Osborne Builders working on this Beckenham based project. This entailed a complete gut out of a three story town house. A complete re-wire and a new plumbing system were installed with new central heating system including a pressurised mega flow system. We have done a knock through on the middle floor to create a larger bay window area. A single story extension was created for new open plan kitchen with bi-folding doors. Under floor heating is throughout the downstairs floor area. A newly fitted downstairs bathroom is covered in the job spec along with complete re-plastering throughout the property, all new door frames, doors architraves and skirting. Glass banisters were also inserted and newly fitted wardrobes. We also done decorations throughout.
