This was a large scale project which included a complete renovation of a dated property, a side extension for new detached garage, a rear extension for a grand designed kitchen/dining area and a loft conversion with en-suite. It entailed a complete re-wire and new plumbing system complete with a mega flow. It had all new woodwork throughout the house and oak flooring throughout downstairs. Bi folds were fitted the length and side of the rear extension where it lead to the new stone patio that we fitted. A large dome was fitted above the kitchen area for maximum light. It was complete with adding a laundry room to the first floor, two new en-suites and a new family bathroom. The loft conversion was built with using maximum space for storage in the eaves and using the two alcoves as a wardrobe area and reading corner keeping the original brick face as a feature. The dormers were fitted with lead to the exterior with the centre dormer fitted with a Juliet balcony. All sash windows to the property were renovated to working order fitted with new lead weights and brushes, complete decorations were carried. A portico was fitted to the front of the property for a grand entrance.
