Barnet Wood Road in Bromley entailed a complete refurbishment of a three bedroom property with a double sided extension to provide a further two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on each. The brief was to also build a double garage, kitchen and bathroom refits, conservatory at rear, swimming pool, pool house with toilet, shower room and gym, landscaped front and rear gardens, in/out driveway with electric gates and a large garden patio area.
