Footbury Hill Road in Orpington. This project entailed adding a second story to a bungalow, adding a timber frame to the existing build with trust roofing. The conversion gave a further four bedrooms with family bathroom and en suite to main bedroom. Downstairs interior had a complete refurbishment with the extended dining room, kitchen/utility room and two living rooms converted from the previous bedrooms.
