Heather cottage is a complete refurbishment project. The job involved development of a new side extension for kitchen and dormer to the side of house and on first floor to create larger master bedroom. The extension provided an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe for master bedroom. The fourth bedroom has newly fitted wardrobes with two dummy doors connecting to new en suite bathroom. Iron balcony's were fitted to rear facing bedrooms.

The project also took the team into the garden. A newly landscaped driveway runs onto an open timber garage, with timber cladding to sides and rear and oak cladding to front gable. New landscape garden with large patio, contains a brick open fire hot tub built in and new pool dug out, which is built into the patio. A large out house was added to the property, entirely timber framed and built with wooden cladding and a purpose built stair case. This acts as storage room, office, pool changing rooms with a small kitchen / living space upstairs, leading to a bedroom and bathroom.
