Osborne Developments undertook work on Kendall Road, Beckenham. The property has had a damp problem which required insulation on all interior wall adjacent to the exterior walls. False ceilings added to the bathroom and kitchen for spotlights adding the modern feel. Refitted bathroom with insulation board throughout.
