Osborne Builders working on this Beckenham based project. This entails a complete gut out of a three story town house. A rewire including spotlights through out, re plumbed with new central heating system and pressurised megaflow system. We have knocked through on middle floor to create bay window area, single story extension for open plan kitchen with underfloor heating through out the downstairs space. A newly fitted downstairs bathroom is covered in the job spec along with complete replastering throughout the property. By folded patio doors to be placed in rear extension and glass banisters inserted.
