Osborne Builders started with taking down the original rear conservatory. Once complete we developed the new brick conservatory with large orangery. Additional to the new brick conservatory, a single storey back extension has been built to create larger living room area. We built a single front extension to create living area onto the garage, renovated kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet and developed garage into a habital room. Downstairs is now open plan, which has been created by taking down several interior walls with steel supports going into the ceiling for structural support.
