5 Southborough Road
This project was a large scale loft conversion and fitting a new bathroom in an original bedroom. We took off the entire roof and re-structured the roof with 6 dormers and gable ends each side. We used reclaimed tiles to match existing house and fibre glassed finished flat roof areas. New mega flow system installed in property and two new bathrooms.
We completed a full fit out including staircase, double glazing and decoration.
